Rec League Madness

It's definitely March Madness around our house these days! If we aren't at the baseball field getting ready for the season we are at home watching the NCAA March Madness going on all over the country. Just seemed fitting to wait and post about Nathan's first year playing rec league basketball.

He had a great season!!! We really were impressed with the improvements he had made since last year when he played Upward basketball. I don't think he took a shot last year and this year he scored almost every game. Whoo hoo!!! Go Nate!!!

Who said Nathan couldn't be aggressive?!?!?!? ;-)

SSSHHH....it was probably me! Proved me wrong, didn't he!

And here are two of our littlest fans!! If we could get them up out from under the bleachers they might have actually seen their brothers play basketball! Little monkeys!!!

Coach Hardin did a great job with the kids. She got them all involved in some way and definitely focused on their strong points. Thanks Coach for a great season!

Nice trophy Nathan!!!!

Job well done!

Bowling Bash

It's been a month and I am just now posting pictures from Wilson's 5th birthday party.....I guess my life is just going to make it hard to keep this blog updated all the time. Like always, bare with me ;)

Wilson had a GREAT birthday at the local bowling alley with all his friends. For most of his little friends this was their first time bowling so everyone was super excited and had a blast! Thank you to all of his buddies for coming out and making #5 so special.

Brothers!!! Nathan (8) and Wilson (5)

Look at that determination!!!!

Wilson only invited boys to his party this year, with the exception of 2 special girls in his life, and obviously cousin Stirling made the "cut" ;)

It was a wild and crazy day with 19 4/5 year olds but seeing the smile on ALL their faces was well worth it! Happy Birthday Wilson!

CAKE TIME!!!!!

One of the things the bowling alley does on someones birthday is to give them an old bowling pin, and everyone signs it. So cute!

And let me tell you....Wilson is P.R.O.U.D. of that pin!!!!
